In this versatile role, you will further develop the investment strategy and translate it into concrete goals and expectations for the individual companies. You will support systematic group management, create transparency and comparability, and develop the investment cockpit beyond mere financial metrics. In doing so, you coordinate the flow of information between the parent company, investments, and board representatives, and prepare strategic topics and decision-making bases. Issues such as positioning, growth, business model development, succession, or regulatory changes are brought onto the agenda at an early stage. At the same time, you coordinate interfaces with risk controlling, compliance, accounting, legal, and other specialist departments.


You have several years of experience in strategic, governance-related, or investment-related tasks and a solid understanding of corporate development, corporate governance, as well as the roles of owner, board of directors, and executive management. Your background is ideally in

Corporate Development, Group Strategy, Financial Services Advisory, Auditing

or a comparable environment. A relevant university degree completes your profile.

You know how to involve demanding stakeholders, clearly articulate expectations, and constructively advance even uncomfortable topics. In doing so, you create commitment in group management while maintaining the necessary sensitivity for the entrepreneurial independence of the investments.
