Lucerne Festival is a leading international music organiser and annually offers a summer festival, two short festivals in spring, and one in autumn. Lucerne Festival is distinguished by innovative programming, the presentation of world-renowned orchestras, conductors and soloists, the integration of contemporary music, and the promotion of young artists.

• From 1 March 2027 or by arrangement, we would like to fill the following position with a flexible and resilient personality:

Sales & Guest Service Staff 80%

Tasks

• Acquisition and support of various customer groups
• Ticket sales, customer information and advice on programme content in the back office and at the box office
• Assistance with order processing
• Support in the development of offers and their billing
• Administrative tasks in the back office (e.g. ticket handling, shipping, accounting, dunning, maintenance of the customer database)
• Support for the Head of Sales & Guest Service in handling customer feedback
• Support in guest care on site during the festivals, including weekend and evening shifts

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Enjoy building and maintaining new business relationships
• You have a quick grasp, are a team player and resilient
• You are used to working independently, in a structured and careful manner
• You are fluent in German and can express yourself well in English; any additional foreign language is an advantage
• You have good IT user skills
• Commitment and flexibility (seasonal fluctuations) are natural to you. You enjoy working in a dynamic festival environment.
• You are enthusiastic about classical and contemporary music
