Advising, calculating, finding solutions, technology and customer contact are exactly your thing?

As a technical pre-sales clerk, you turn customer enquiries into suitable offers and are an important hub between our customers, the field service, and various internal departments.

Your future tasks

• Independently creating and processing offers as well as competently advising our customers by phone and email
• Supporting the field service in enquiry, offer, and project processing
• Carrying out calculations and pricing as well as clarifying the feasibility of special products
• Coordinating customer projects and liaising with internal interfaces such as assembly, purchasing, and scheduling
• Ensuring timely, high-quality, and transparent offer and project processing
• Actively contributing to the optimisation and further development of our operational sales processes

Your profile

• Commercial or technical basic training with a pronounced technical understanding
• Confident German and French language skills, both spoken and written; Italian is an advantage
• Very good MS Office and ERP knowledge as well as a good understanding of numbers
• Experience in district heating, building technology, or a comparable technical industry
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external contacts
