RegioSpitex Limmattal is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organisation with around 130 employees, which ensures outpatient nursing and care for the residents of Dietikon, Schlieren and Urdorf.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH (40-100%)

Flexible workload, no split shifts

Your diverse tasks include:

• You work directly in nursing and take on the advice and guidance of clients, relatives and employees in complex care situations
• You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument (Costs for InterRAI training are covered by RegioSpitex Limmattal)
• As case manager, you are responsible for planning and implementing the nursing process for your clients
• You play an active role in collaboration with the supervising interdisciplinary network and coordinate the relevant services for your clients

You bring with you:

• You have a qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH and ideally relevant professional experience in this field
• You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
• You have good communication skills and are confident in using mobile nursing documentation (smartphone)
• You think holistically, work independently and responsibly
