Microsoft 365 Consultant - Digital Workplace & SharePoint (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF115,000 - 140,000

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of digital workplace and communication solutions based on Microsoft 365

  • Design of modern intranet and collaboration platforms with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams

  • Consulting companies on digital transformation, governance, and sustainable user acceptance

  • Independent management of customer projects including proposal preparation, requirements engineering, and implementation

  • Facilitation of workshops as well as support of organisational changes through coaching and change management


Qualifications:

  • Several years of practical experience in the conception and implementation of Microsoft 365 and collaboration solutions

  • Very good knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform and ideally Microsoft Viva

  • Experience with information architecture, governance concepts, and the introduction of modern working methods

  • Solid skills in agile project management, customer consulting, and organisational change management

  • Confident demeanour, strong facilitation skills, as well as very good German and good English skills
