About the job
The Hotel Berchtold & B5 is an active and innovative enterprise with various gastronomic venues and a centrally located accommodation facility. The group includes the 3* Superior Hotel Berchtold, the popular Berchtold Restaurant, the trendy and well-frequented bar "B5 to be", the Bistro B5 and Lädeli B5 to go.
To complement our kitchen team at Hotel Berchtold, we are looking immediately or by arrangement, temporarily until the end of 2026, for a motivated, resilient team player as:
Cook 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks
- Professional preparation of hot and cold dishes
- Efficient and careful production during service times
- Proper storage and hygienic further processing of the goods basket
- General cleaning and tidying tasks as well as assistance in the office
- Compliance with HACCP regulations and ongoing process control
Your profile
- You have completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- You bring professional experience including apprenticeship
- You are an open and proactive personality
- You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner
- You have very good German language skills
- Professional appearance and a well-groomed look are expected
- You are a creative mind and open to new and homemade products
- You are a team player, warm-hearted and conscientious
