To complete the educational team of the HELIOS group, a living place for 7 aging residents with disabilities, behavioral disorders, and mobility loss, we are looking for a qualified Social Educator, ASE or ASSC (M/F) at a 60% activity rate.
Mission
You actively contribute to the well-being of the residents, ensuring them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You aim to increase and maintain their skills and support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily life activities
Perform delegated care and medico-technical acts related to your level of competence
Enhance the implementation of individual and community programs
Collaborate in developing educational strategies adapted to the different needs of residents for an aging population with loss of skills
Participate in the selection, organization, and animation of relaxation and leisure activities
Strong interest in developing new projects related to the sensory approach
Perform certain administrative tasks related to residents and the educational team
Desired Profile
Degree in social education ASE, ASSC, ES or HES, or nursing degree HES
Significant experience in supporting aging people with psycho-behavioral disorders of various origins and associated disorders
Interest in developing communication tools adapted to residents suffering from language disorders, for individualized support and regular coordination of group activities
Ease in teamwork and communication, task organization; reliability
Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs
Driving license desired.

Permanent contract.
Irregular hours, weekend work according to rotation, participation in camps.
