Sales Engineer Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a technically demanding interface function in construction. You support customers and planning partners with technical questions and apply your knowledge where practical solutions arise from individual project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate complex requirements from construction projects professionally and assess possible application variants
Support planning offices, construction companies, and other specialists in technical decision-making processes
Coordinate project-related questions with internal specialist departments and develop solutions to implementation readiness
Create the technical foundation for important business initiations and continue it together with sales
Prepare and communicate technical content understandably for different target groups
Pass on expertise within the organisation and contribute to the development of training content
Use experiences from customer projects to improve existing solutions and working methods
Identify potentials for more efficient, digitally supported processes and collaborate on their implementation
Qualifications:
Completed degree in civil engineering with knowledge of steel construction
Experience in planning, design, or a technical consulting role
Ability to analyse complex issues in a structured manner and communicate them clearly
Enjoyment of a combination of technology, consulting, and customer contact
Independent and conscientious working style
Very good German language skills
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
