About the job
Introduction
The Adliswil school teaches around 2,000 children in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. Over 500 employees in 7 schools and various specialized services are committed to this responsible task with great dedication.
The Wilacker school is a family-oriented QUIMS school in Adliswil. 220 students are taught and cared for by 50 employees. It consists of three kindergartens and eight primary classes. The school building is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
For the new school year 2026/2027, we are looking for a motivated
DaZ Teacher for Kindergarten and Lower Grades
for 20 weekly lessons or 73% (10 lessons each in kindergarten and a 1st grade primary class)
What we expect from you
Ideally, you have a CAS in German as a Second Language. If you instead have a teaching diploma and relevant experience, we are happy to support you in your further education. You enjoy working with heterogeneity and different cultures. In addition, you are motivated to accompany our youngest students in language acquisition together with the class teachers. You also bring the willingness to collaborate within the school team.

You can expect a varied and demanding activity with children from different cultures. The workload is compact; your 20 lessons are spread over two classes in cycle 1. You work closely with a cooperative and well-coordinated educational team. Established structures support your work. The school board is committed to ensuring that all students receive appropriate schooling and provides the necessary resources for DaZ. You will be actively involved and able to help shape teaching and school development. In addition, the school is equipped with very good IT resources (iPad and MacBook Pro).
