Purchaser Construction & Construction Services (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Development of purchasing strategies in the product group Construction & Construction Services and their implementation
• Active procurement market research and supplier management
• Leading purchasing projects p2p including complex contract negotiations for new build, conversion, and refurbishment projects
• Representative of purchasing in investment projects (project purchasing in major projects)
• Value-oriented collaboration with specialist departments and partners
• Successful completion of measures to achieve purchasing goals
• Participation in the further development of purchasing

 Your profile

• Successful training as a certified technician HF in construction planning, business studies, or comparable education
• Extensive knowledge in purchasing required, preferably with experience in purchasing construction services
• Technical and contractual understanding
• Persistent in achieving goals and shaping the environment
• Negotiation fluent in German as well as good English skills (written/spoken)
• Solid ERP and MS Office skills
