The Hôtel de la Cigogne 5*, a Relais & Châteaux establishment, has 50 rooms, junior suites and suites, each decorated in a different style. This charming house features a traditional restaurant, a bar, as well as a magnificent lounge for meetings, cocktails, lunches and dinners accommodating up to 40 people.

Job Description
AS A RECEPTIONIST
As the first point of contact for the guest, the Receptionist ensures the guests have a pleasant stay.
- Welcomes the guest, provides all information on stay conditions, formalities, prices, hotel amenities, products and any promotions.
- Ensures guest satisfaction,
- Monitors their arrival and departure and passes on useful information to other departments.
The main duties will be to:
- Ensure the physical and telephone reception of the hotel clientele
- Carry out check-ins and check-outs for individual or group guests according to current procedures and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information collected
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to their requests, inform and advise them
- Promote the hotel’s products (restaurant, room categories)
- Manage invoices and payments
- Maintain constant communication with other departments
Qualifications
- With a hotel management background, you are characterised by excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and organisational abilities.
- Your rigour, team spirit and experience in customer relations are your assets.
- Fluency in English is essential and a second language is desirable.
- Of excellent presentation, you have very good interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour
- You have at least some prior experience in Reception.
