To expand our occupational pensions customer service team, we are looking for a committed individual as
Customer Advisor Occupational Pensions 80% - 100%
You will comprehensively manage your own customer portfolio and be available to our customers for questions and concerns.
This demanding and varied position particularly includes the following tasks:
- Independent advice to employers and insured persons on questions related to your area of responsibility
- Preparation of offers and support for customers in choosing their pension solution
- Acquisition of new customers
- Responsible for the correct handling of daily business in active insured administration, in particular:
Entries and exits
Salary changes
Transfer of exit benefits
Cash payment of vested benefits
Purchase calculations - Assistance with tasks related to year-end processing
- Support with project work
You bring the following:
- Commercial basic training
- In-depth knowledge and several years of professional experience in the area of active insured and contract administration of occupational pensions
- Responsible and prudent thinking
- Enjoyment and commitment in communication with customers and colleagues
- A flair for customer needs
- Impeccable German skills, both spoken and written
- Very good, negotiation-level French skills, both spoken and written (mandatory), Italian skills are desirable
- Advantageous: Further training in the area of the 2nd pillar as well as knowledge of the M&S Pension / AKIS BV Net application
