Introduction
For an established institution in the field of living and care, we are looking within the scope of an exclusive mandate for a professionally competent and strong leadership personality for the position of Head of Nursing & Care & Member of the Executive Board
In this key position, you bear overall responsibility for nursing care and accompany the professional as well as organisational development of the nursing area. Together with your team, you ensure high-quality nursing care and create optimal conditions for residents and employees. The institution supports around 100 people in their daily lives and places great value on self-determination, individual care, and respectful interaction.
Tasks
- Operational and strategic management of the nursing and care area
- Responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organisational control of the nursing area
- Recruitment, induction, and development of employees and managers
- Ensuring contemporary, resource-oriented, and quality-oriented nursing care
- Promotion and implementation of quality standards as well as legal requirements
- Ensuring needs-based personnel planning and optimal resource management
- Conducting employee and development discussions
- Organisation and moderation of specialist meetings, case discussions, and reports
- Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, hospitals, and other external partners
- Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as deputising for overall management
Profile
- Qualification as a certified nurse HF or FH
- Several years of leadership experience in nursing or healthcare, preferably with corresponding further training in leadership
- Extensive professional experience in long-term care as well as experience in organisational and change processes
- RAI supervisor and several years of user knowledge
- High social competence and pronounced communication skills
- Structured working method as well as assertiveness and decisiveness
