Your tasks as

Sales Support Agent 50% (m/f/d)

In your role, you support the sales team and actively relieve employees of administrative tasks, efficiently resolve customer concerns, and directly support the field service – whether in writing or by phone. You independently handle clarifications on price-relevant topics and ensure that every customer is optimally cared for. Additionally, you organize training sessions for existing and new employees to improve processes and pass on knowledge. You contribute to ensuring that our sales team achieves its goals and that our customers are completely satisfied.

Your role with us in Sales Support

• You assist in the creation and review of offers and take care of clarifying missing or incorrect information
• As an interface between service, sales, and customer service, you take on further internal and external clarifications
• You independently handle customer concerns and offers, clarify price-relevant topics, and take care of complaints – in writing and by phone – also in direct exchange with the field service
• You create and regularly update sales-relevant work instructions
• You conduct training sessions for new and existing sales employees to keep the team up to date
• With your feedback and control, you support the sales management in ensuring quality in sales and providing important information from the ERP system

• You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by experience in customer service or internal sales
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics D365) as well as solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications make you particularly suitable
• You speak fluent German and ideally also have French skills in spoken and written form; English or Italian are an advantage
• With your structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working, you convince as a team player and problem solver
• You are used to planning your workdays independently and in a structured manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Flexibility and the ability to quickly learn and apply new software technologies characterize you
• Your motivated appearance and reliability complete your profile, so you can work both independently and goal-oriented
