About the job

What you will do with us

You will welcome our guests with charm and provide competent information about the tasting products as well as the topics of our exhibition.
You will confidently represent the Lindt brand and contribute as Maître Chocolatier to the special atmosphere in the Home of Chocolate.
You will always keep an overview in the exhibition, monitor the processes, and ensure that the exhibition technology functions flawlessly.
You will prepare all tasting stations – from classic tasting areas to the iconic chocolate fountain – and ensure an attractive guest experience.
You will be co-responsible for managing the goods warehouse and ensuring that all products for tasting are always available in the best quality.

When you fit with us

You have completed vocational training (e.g., in gastronomy, hospitality, retail, tourism, or comparable fields).
You have very good German and English skills and are confident in contact with international guests – additional languages are a plus.
You enjoy guest contact, have a warm demeanor, and always keep an overview even in lively situations.
You identify with premium chocolate, love details, and approach people with great joy.
You are flexible in your assignments – Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 19:30.
