Administrative and Strategic Project Officer
As part of an HR project, we are looking for an Administrative and Strategic Project Officer on a fixed-term contract for 24 months for the Human Resources Department of CHUV
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research and education.
Within the HR Department, you support project managers in leading and implementing a specific mandate concerning the inventory of external positions, and contribute to defining and disseminating good HR practices.
Mission
- You supervise the inventory of external positions and ensure their compliance with the regulations of the Vaud cantonal administration
- You assist the departments in carrying out this inventory by providing operational support, advice and on-site assistance
- You ensure the collection of inventories carried out by the various departments
- You analyse the data collected to identify any non-compliant situations revealed by the inventory
- You contribute to the development and implementation of a plan to regularise non-compliant situations
- You define and implement a monitoring and control process for the management of external positions
- You develop and provide regulatory documentation as well as guidelines and procedures useful for managing external positions.
Profile
- You hold a master’s degree, a university degree or a qualification deemed equivalent in labour law, finance, human resources or audit
- You have experience in human resources and/or legal fields
- You demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as good writing abilities
- You are able to organise your work and manage your time effectively
- You show discretion, a strong sense of responsibility and ethics consistent with public service
- You possess good listening skills and ease in communication, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility
- You have a global vision and good sense of perspective
- You have excellent command of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and its advanced functions
- You have very good knowledge of the Vaud Cantonal Administration or the HR legal field, which is an asset.
