What you can achieve
- Development and implementation of an integrated communication, brand and marketing strategy
- Strengthening the reputation and positioning of USB at regional, national and selected international levels
- Responsibility for media relations, issues management and crisis communication
- Advising the hospital director and hospital management as a sparring partner and trusted advisor on all matters of communication, reputation and positioning
- Management of internal communication and support for important change and transformation processes
- Further development of the USB brand and ensuring a consistent appearance across all channels and touchpoints
- Responsibility for digital communication platforms and relevant communication channels
- Leadership, development and promotion of a team of around 15 employees
- Close cooperation with the medical departments, clinics and central functions of the hospital
- Communication support for strategic projects and the further integration of St. Claraspital
What you bring with you
- Several years of leadership and management experience in communication, corporate affairs, corporate communications or marketing communications
- Proven experience in advising executive management or comparable decision-making bodies
- Solid expertise in media relations, reputation management, stakeholder management and crisis communication
- Experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong ability to convey complex matters clearly and appropriately for the target audience
- Experience in a highly regulated and publicly exposed environment; knowledge of healthcare is an advantage
- University degree and relevant further training
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills
