To support our teams, we are looking immediately or as soon as possible for a legal assistant at our headquarters in Zurich.Legal Assistant - Regulated Markets & Competition (80-100%)
Position:
- Support for two partners and management of their secretariats
- Service-oriented, independent working style with a high standard of quality
- Correspondence in German and English
- Support with legal documents, contracts, expert opinions, publications
- Organisation of daily office routines and appointment coordination
- Organisation of travel and events
- Deadline monitoring
- Accounting
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in back office, preferably in a law firm or an international consulting company
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, Teams, AI tools)
- Confident German (including knowledge of the genitive) and very good English skills (additional foreign language skills are an advantage)
- Team player, versatile interests
- Proactive and thoughtful personality with a quick grasp
- In hectic times, you always keep an overview, set priorities correctly and remain calm
