Operational Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a trading company in the construction and craft sector, supplying business customers with a versatile range of products for professional use. The offer includes various products and materials used in different areas of the construction industry and commercial everyday life. In addition to providing the required goods, the company supports its customers with expert advice and needs-based services. The focus is on reliable supply, efficient processes, and long-term cooperation with customers.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for needs-based goods supply and the commercial management of the assortment. In addition to procurement, you take on tasks related to product information, operational evaluations, and administrative support of various company departments.
Responsibilities:
You derive goods requirements from inventory developments and business figures and initiate the necessary procurement measures.
In case of delivery deviations, you coordinate clarifications with external business partners and follow up on open issues.
You keep product information up to date on digital sales channels.
In day-to-day business, you handle administrative matters related to operational quality assurance.
You create tables, key figure overviews, and reports for internal decision-making bases.
You support the organisation of cross-border goods movements and the associated documentation.
You contribute as needed to the implementation of internal projects and the creation of sales documents.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
Practical experience from a trading company or commercial functions with product reference is an advantage.
Confident use of MS Office and operational merchandise management solutions is required.
You can communicate very well in written and spoken German and English.
You work carefully, organise your tasks efficiently, and keep an overview even with several open issues.
A good understanding of operational contexts and clear communication distinguish you.
