For our client, a company in the sports and outdoor sector, we are looking for a Head of Internal Services (60–100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. At the new location, you will take over the coordination of internal services, be responsible for administrative and accounting tasks, and actively support day-to-day business. You can expect a varied role in a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths and development opportunities.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Coordinating administrative processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in internal services
• Managing financial and payroll accounting as well as preparing documents for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in cooperation with the trustee
• Handling customer orders, supporting sales, and maintaining the inventory management system
• Supporting logistics with packaging and shipping as well as supervising and mentoring commercial apprentices

You offer your new employer:

• Commercial basic training or several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
• Experience in accounting, ideally including payroll accounting and financial statement preparation
• Very good German skills as well as good French and English skills and ideally experience with ERP systems, especially Infoniqa Sage 100
• Independent, service-oriented, and proactive personality with enjoyment of customer contact and varied tasks
