Our Business Unit Digital Wealth develops customised B2B software for financial institutions as well as a modern administration system for pension funds (P40). Your tasks

• You support and accompany customers in the implementation of our administration system P40 for pension funds
• You analyse pension regulations, recognise standards and complex constellations
• You identify customer needs and formulate requirements for our software solution
• You analyse changes in legal and regulatory requirements and derive the necessary adjustments for our software solution
• You conduct training sessions for our customers
• You advise customers as well as the product team on technical issues
• You support the sales team with technical clarifications in the preparation of offers
• You accompany customer appointments and present the software solution

Your profile

Show us what you have! We require the following qualifications:

• You have several years of professional experience in the BVG context or as a Business Analyst/Consultant in connection with software solutions
• You have a very good grasp and bring good technical understanding
• You see yourself as a service provider and are accustomed to dealing with customers and partners
• You want to understand things and work precisely
• Fluent and business-level German and English skills complete your profile

Desirable qualifications:

• You have in-depth BVG expertise
• You have experience in capturing, understanding and specifying requirements
• You have experience with data models and databases
• You are familiar with software development processes and ideally have already participated in such
• You understand how a software solution works and is structured
