Carrefour-Echallens is an emergency and short-term shelter for girls and boys aged 13 to 17. We work closely with families and placement services in order to assess the feasibility of a return to the family or the need to set up a medium to long-term shelter.
Your role:
- Support adolescents in their daily lives

- Participate in a frank and active team dynamic
Your profile:
- Swiss ES/HES diploma – SEFRI mandatory for foreign diplomas
- Experience with young people in residential care
- Practice in family interviews
- Knowledge of network work, teamwork, and autonomy
- Good stress resistance
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- Driver's license
- Training or interest in the systemic approach: a real plus
