You accompany our customers in the introduction and successful application of our ERP solutions in finance and accounting. In doing so, you take on the professional implementation of the assigned work packages and work closely with the responsible project manager as well as other internal specialist departments. This way, you contribute to making financial processes in public administration efficient and sustainable.

Your area of responsibility

• You take on the professional introduction of our ERP applications in the customer projects assigned to you and work closely with the responsible project manager and the involved internal specialist departments. You report to the Teamlead Projects.
• Professional implementation of the assigned work packages in the introduction of the applications financial accounting, asset accounting, cash, budget, creditors, and workflow
• Planning and coordination of your own professional activities in close coordination with the project manager
• Parameterisation of the applications, conducting customer training, and professional involvement in project acceptance – on site with our customers throughout Switzerland and remotely
• Professional advice to customers, such as aligning administrative processes with our product.
• Support of the sales team for presentations to interested customers, preparation of specifications for tenders.

Your profile

• Education or further training and sound knowledge in finance and accounting as well as interest in digital ERP solutions
• Experience in customer or implementation projects and understanding of structured project procedures
• Communicative, customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for consulting and knowledge transfer
• Independent, precise working style, interconnected thinking, and a strong affinity for software applications
• Willingness for regular customer assignments throughout Switzerland
• German C1 and English B2 spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
