To complement our existing team, you will support our property management teams flexibly as a relief worker and take on tasks and appointments wherever you are needed.

Your tasks
- Apartment changes and contract management: You independently conduct apartment inspections and handovers and coordinate everything related to tenant changes. You ensure a smooth process. This also includes correctly issuing fixed-term and open-ended rental contracts. Various construction projects are planned for the coming year, so you will be particularly hands-on in this area.
- Flexible support: You assist our property management teams wherever reinforcement is needed. You organise your tasks and appointments independently.
- Communicative hub: As the first point of contact, you respond to the concerns and questions of our residents with empathy and solution orientation. You also coordinate tenant communication and provide information on heating and ancillary cost statements.
- Interface to various departments and committees: You maintain active communication with internal departments as well as settlement commissions and take on administrative tasks and coordination of meetings and events.
Your profile
- The foundation: You have completed a commercial or equivalent education and have several years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
- The backpack: You have successfully completed at least one year of further training as a property management clerk and are eager to continue your education with us.
- Your working style: You think holistically, work in a highly structured manner, adhere to quality standards, and keep an overview even in hectic phases.
- Your personality: You communicate skilfully with a wide range of stakeholders. You seek pragmatic, consensus-oriented solutions and are a true team player.
- The tools: You have confident MS Office skills and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems thanks to your IT affinity. You hold a category B driving licence for on-site appointments.
