Profile
Excellent presentation and customer service skills;
Passionate about the brand, beauty, and selling luxury cosmetics;
Strong interpersonal skills, being communicative and able to adapt to a very demanding clientele;
Dynamic, rigorous, and eager to learn to excel in a perfect understanding of the brand and its history;
Good command of English and other languages appreciated.
Main Mission
Welcome and assist customers by offering attention and personalized service;
Contribute to the excellence of the customer experience, learn the techniques of our bespoke services (makeup, skincare application, fragrance discovery)
Be a perfect sales support for our experts;
Assist the team in managing stock and reorders;
Participate in the setup of displays (merchandising, highlighting new products)
Adapt and respect the directives of our team of experts as well as the directives of the Point of Sale, punctuality, cleanliness, order, know-how, grooming.
