To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an immediate or mutually agreed upon start date for a

HR SPECIALIST / PAYROLLING 100% (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

Together with two other team members, you ensure a reliable and professional payroll. You share the tasks within the team and support each other. At the same time, you actively contribute to our HR topics and take responsibility in the operational HR day-to-day business.

Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing including pre- and post-processing

• Responsibility for all changes as well as entries and exits
• Preparation of year-end statements and salary certificates
• Handling and control of social insurances, withholding taxes, family allowances, as well as sickness and accident notifications
• Maintenance and control of personnel and salary data in our HR systems
• Management of time recording and support with working time-related questions
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding payroll, social insurances, and HR questions
• Participation in personnel administration as well as in HR projects and processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial basic training as well as further education in HR, payroll, or social insurances
• Several years of practical experience in payroll processing
• Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, precise, and structured working style as well as a strong affinity for numbers
• Discretion, team spirit, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• High service orientation and enjoyment in contact with people
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
