YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are the first point of contact for our client and contribute, through your professionalism and sense of service, to providing an impeccable reception experience. You ensure the smooth running of reception and Mailroom activities while guaranteeing quality service to visitors, employees, and partners.
- Welcome, guide, and accompany visitors, employees, and external service providers professionally.
- Register and announce visitors in accordance with current reception and security procedures.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the relevant contacts.
- Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch mail and courier shipments.
- Manage visitor parking spaces and control access to the car park.
- Order and manage office supplies and perform various administrative tasks.
- Participate in activities related to the safety of people and property on site.
- Ensure rotation between different positions (morning reception, Mailroom, and afternoon reception).
- Guarantee a warm welcome, excellent service level, and smooth daily operations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial training, receptionist training, or equivalent qualification.
- First experience in a reception, customer service, hospitality, or similar role.
- Excellent customer orientation, sense of service, and interpersonal skills.
- Neat appearance, professional attitude, and sense of responsibility.
- Autonomous, organised, and reliable personality.
- Ability to remain calm and manage priorities, even in demanding situations.
- Good command of IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent French (native speaker or equivalent level), good knowledge of German; English is an asset.
- Availability to work according to a rotating schedule with half-days, as well as full days during holiday or sickness cover (average activity rate of 60%).
- Clean criminal record and debt collection register.
