As a Sales Manager, you lead and coordinate all commercial activities in your region. Your main goal is to achieve the company objectives according to global guidelines. At the same time, you support the development of your sales team to achieve sustainable growth together.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
• Operational leadership and coaching of the sales team
• Setting individual goals for the team according to the company strategy
• Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in creating the business plan and annual budget
• Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts with key accounts
• Managing and administering the contracts of field sales representatives
• Analyzing and reporting customer, market, and sales information data
• Monitoring market and customer developments, passing on relevant information, and implementing appropriate measures
• Ensuring effective information flow between internal departments and external partners
• Building and maintaining key customer relationships
• Planning, organizing, and tracking the sales activities of the team according to company goals and guidelines
• Planning and executing regional projects
• Managing budget-specific resources
• Ensuring correct billing of contractual services and controlling payments
ARE YOU OUR SECRET INGREDIENT?
• You have a university degree (Bachelor or Master) or another higher qualification, desirable
• You have an additional qualification in sales or marketing (e.g., marketing/sales specialist)
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in field sales or as a Key Account Manager
• You live in the canton of Valais
• You possess excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• You have leadership skills and experience in employee development
• You have a valid driver’s license
• You are fluent in French and German; English is an advantage
