To support our IT team, we are looking immediately or as soon as possible for a Senior System Engineer at our headquarters in Zurich.

• Co-responsibility for smooth IT operations (Client/Server, Cloud infrastructure)
• Implementation of projects towards the cloud as well as automation of IT processes
• Taking over deputy roles within the team

System Engineer (100%)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, implementing, and maintaining complex IT system landscapes
• Ensuring availability and optimisation of infrastructure services with a focus on Azure and OAuth authentication
• Integration of Entra ID and Microsoft technologies into our existing systems
• Support in developing solutions for identity and access management via Azure IaaS
• Use of the Microsoft Graph API to optimise and automate processes
• Development and maintenance of PowerShell scripts to automate system administration tasks and increase efficiency
• Implementation and management of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the deployment and management of infrastructure in cloud environments (e.g. Azure)
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues as well as optimisation of systems and applications
• Collaboration with other departments to implement new technologies and solutions
• Assistance in updating system documentation

Your profile:

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• At least 10 years of experience in IT system engineering
• Profound knowledge of Entra ID, OAuth protocols, and Microsoft Azure IaaS
• Experience with the Microsoft Graph API and its integration into existing systems
• Excellent PowerShell skills for automation and management of IT systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ideally with tools like Terraform
• Strong analytical skills as well as experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Very good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Quick comprehension, independent and structured working style, as well as team spirit
• Fluent German and very good English skills (French skills are an advantage)
