This is the job

In our team of around 50 Data & AI consultants  in Switzerland, you work closely with our clients on exciting projects to solve their challenges using quantitative methods. Knowledge exchange within the community as well as actively shaping our growing Data & AI services are a matter of course for you. Internationally, you benefit from a network of over 200 experts.  

• Advising our clients on questions related to data analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision support.

• Analyzing business challenges and developing practical analytics and reporting concepts.

• Designing and implementing scalable reporting and analytics solutions along modern data architectures.

• Participating in client projects in various roles – from analysis and design to engineering, implementation, or project management tasks.

• Contributing to the further development of our Data & AI consulting portfolio and supporting the acquisition of new projects.    

This job is for you if

• you enjoy analyzing complex problems in a structured way and developing data-based solutions.

• you have solid knowledge of data analytics methods, data architectures, and reporting solutions.

• topics such as data quality, data governance, clean ETL/ELT processes, and IBCS-compliant reporting are natural to you.

• you have practical experience in data engineering, data analysis, and data visualization.

• you are proficient with common analytics tools, e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

• you enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and can communicate complex content clearly.

• you have consulting or project experience and bring a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style.

• you hold a master's degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g., data science, mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.

• you are proficient in German and English at least at C1 level and can communicate confidently with clients and project teams.

As a cherry on top, you bring

• Certifications in analytics or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Tableau, Qlik, AWS, or GCP).

• Programming experience in Python, SQL, M-Code, or comparable technologies.

• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.

• Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Experience with agile project methods such as Scrum or SAFe.
