Evaluate supplier offers based on prices, conditions and technical specifications
Enter orders in SAP and track them until delivery
Monitor delivery dates and address material shortages early
Check order confirmations, invoices and delivery documents
Participate in price and contract negotiations with suppliers
Resolve complaints and delivery deviations with the responsible departments
Keep supplier master data and item information up to date in the ERP system
Support purchasing processes, supplier evaluations and internal guidelines
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in commercial or technical field
Experience in operational purchasing or a comparable procurement function
SAP knowledge and confident use of digital tools
Technical understanding or interest in technical products
Negotiation-secure and service-oriented communication with suppliers
Independent, structured working style with good organisational skills
Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
French and English skills are an advantage
