The Business Excellence track builds a bridge between commercial activities and global operations. Across four predefined rotations in Product Management, Account & Business Development, International Manufacturing and Global Industrialization, you will explore how customer needs, product and production processes, and business growth come together. You will develop an end-to-end perspective on our business and contribute to initiatives that strengthen Ypsomed's performance and future growth.

Your rotations:

Product Management – Build an understanding of product lifecycle management and how customer needs shape product priorities and decisions.

Account & Business Development – Gain insight into business development, project evaluations and acquisition activities with existing and potential partners.

Manufacturing Ypsomed China – Gain first-hand experience at Ypsomed China, explore the opportunities and challenges of international manufacturing, and understand how our global production sites work together.

Global Industrialization – Contribute to international industrialization projects, growth strategy implementation, and the development of production concepts and facilities.

Your main tasks

• Take ownership of defined tasks and projects, with clear objectives for each rotation
• Work across commercial and operational functions to identify business challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions that improve processes, strengthen performance and support business growth
• Analyse information, structure complex topics and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to share ideas and identify and implement best practices

Your profile

• Above-average Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Initial practical experience through internships, student projects or trainee programs is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach, combined with a strong sense of ownership
• High learning agility, curiosity and willingness to take on responsibility across different areas
• Excellent command of English; German and/or additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work internationally and collaborate across cultures
