What to expect:
- Receiving, processing and responding to enquiries, fault reports and problems in 1st-level support
- Categorising and prioritising support requests
- Telephone first-line support and assistance to staff at the front desk
- Handling customer feedback and general administrative tasks
- Creating and updating user manuals and support documentation
- Assisting in building and maintaining a knowledge database
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of support processes
What you should bring:
- Ongoing studies (FH/HF/Uni) in (business) informatics
- Interest and affinity for IT and technical topics
- Good user knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Outlook
- Enjoyment of direct contact with people and cross-team collaboration
- Open, communicative and service-oriented personality
- Willingness to learn new things and to familiarise yourself with various topics
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English and/or French skills are an advantage
