EFZ Chef m/f 100%

The Luzerner Höhenklinik Montana AG is a company of Stiftung BM. The rehabilitation clinic runs accredited programmes for pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as a department for psychosomatics. Another focus is the certified sleep analysis centre. The clinic is located at 1500 m altitude on the sunny plateau of Crans-Montana in central Valais.

Area of responsibility:

• Production of meals in normal and dietetic cuisine.
• Production of meals for patients, visitors and staff.
• Daily responsibility in the absence of the head chef or their deputy.
• Contribution to development and smooth operation in the kitchen.
• Compliance with and enforcement of HACCP standards and other legal requirements.
• Contribution to the training of apprentice cooks.

Your profile

• Training as a chef EFZ. Experience in a hospital, nursing home or a comparable area would be an advantage.
• You are motivated, conscientious, independent and responsible, dynamic and versatile.
• You value teamwork and are creative and cook varied dishes.
• You are aware of the high standards of quality and hygiene.
• You master the French language with good knowledge of German or vice versa.
