Your tasks

• Responsibility for global S&OP control and its continuous development in the IBP environment
• Moderation and management of cross-functional decision-making processes in the S&OP process
• Ensure proactive identification of deviations, risks and opportunities and initiate appropriate measures
• Establish and manage a KPI framework to measure and improve planning performance
• Translate complex planning data into actionable recommendations for management
• Standardisation and continuous improvement of end-to-end planning processes, systems and capabilities

What convinces us about you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Operations Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Proven experience in managing S&OP/IBP processes as well as cross-functional collaboration at management and C-level
• Strong change management skills in implementing new processes, tools and systems in a dynamic growth environment
• High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management in complex organisations
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1) and experience in an SAP-based planning environment
