Your Responsibilities
As part of our motivated HR Business Partner team, you are the central contact person for employees and managers in all HR matters and are responsible for the support area of the institutes.

- ... you provide effective and efficient HR processes and implement them together with the personnel officers of the institutes, managers, and employees,
- ... you advise on recruitment and position the University of St.Gallen as an attractive employer,
- ... you implement management decisions - together with the personnel officers of the institutes, managers, and employees - and accompany change processes,
- ... you actively participate in projects and contribute to the further development of HSG and its culture
Your Profile
- Advanced business education and/or further training in HR
- Proven practical experience in HR, especially in advising/coaching managers
- Sound labour law knowledge, professional experience in the public sector is desirable
- Strong communication skills (German/English) as well as expertise in accompanying transformation processes
- Conceptual skills and experience in planning and implementing HR projects
- High resilience and strong initiative combined with diplomatic tact and high social competence
- Networked, solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to recognise different interests and develop viable solutions.
