Operations Assistant in Staff Restaurant (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• As a host, you are the first point of contact for our guests and represent the operation.

• You lead and further develop our front team and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• You actively participate in the lunch service and support meeting setups and catering.

• You are responsible for cash handling, monthly closings, and invoice control.

• You order non-food items, drinks, and kiosk articles, process catering orders, and perform other administrative tasks.

• You are the first contact person for malfunctions of coffee machines and water dispensers in the break areas.

• You develop our gastronomy together with the head chef and the head of staff catering.

Profile & Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in gastronomy (EFZ) and several years of leadership experience.

• Hotel management school diploma, G2 or equivalent further training.

• Experience in communal catering and strong service orientation.

• Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong enjoyment of customer contact and high quality standards.

• Reliable, resilient, and solution-oriented working style.
