Tasks & Responsibilities
As a host, you are the first point of contact for our guests and represent the operation.
You lead and further develop our front team and ensure high customer satisfaction.
You actively participate in the lunch service and support meeting setups and catering.
You are responsible for cash handling, monthly closings, and invoice control.
You order non-food items, drinks, and kiosk articles, process catering orders, and perform other administrative tasks.
You are the first contact person for malfunctions of coffee machines and water dispensers in the break areas.
You develop our gastronomy together with the head chef and the head of staff catering.
Profile & Requirements
Completed apprenticeship in gastronomy (EFZ) and several years of leadership experience.
Hotel management school diploma, G2 or equivalent further training.
Experience in communal catering and strong service orientation.
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
Strong enjoyment of customer contact and high quality standards.
Reliable, resilient, and solution-oriented working style.
