Your tasks

In this responsible role, you will take over the operational management of the restaurant and, together with your team, ensure first-class service.

• Leadership and coordination of the restaurant operations
• Professional and warm welcome and care of guests
• Ensuring a smooth service process at the highest level
• Leadership, motivation and support of the service team
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and management
• Co-responsibility for compliance with quality and service standards
• Active participation in the operational day-to-day business
• Ensuring a well-groomed and representative appearance of the restaurant

Requirements Profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position in upscale gastronomy
• Experience in gourmet or fine-dining gastronomy
• Very good German, French and English skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance with a pronounced host mentality
• High service orientation and passion for upscale gastronomy
• Responsible, structured and independent way of working
• Leadership skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Team spirit, commitment and a high standard of quality

• Fixed working days from Tuesday to Saturday
• Evening shifts only
• Sunday and Monday off
• No split shifts and no divided duties
