About the job
Your Tasks
- You lead the payroll and personnel administration team with around 11 employees and ensure a high-quality, organisationally as well as safety-compliant and contemporary operation.
- You coordinate the team’s annual scheduling, taking into account the planning of the HR department.
- You actively support the HR management in the strategic realignment of payroll and personnel administration and accompany the further development along automation and AI-supported processes.
- Operationally, you work closely with the HR manager of a division and support with flawless handling in all matters of payroll and personnel administration for this division.
- As a professional point of contact, you and your team advise employees on complex questions regarding payroll accounting and social insurance.
- You lead and are responsible for projects within your specialist area and manage the collaboration with internal and external interfaces.
Your Profile
- You have a university of applied sciences degree or a completed commercial apprenticeship with qualified further training (Swiss federal certificate in personnel or social insurance).
- You have several years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in the public administration.
- You possess good and up-to-date knowledge in payroll, social insurance, as well as labour and public law.
- In addition, you have very good SAP skills in the HR module.
- You are a pragmatic, goal- and solution-oriented personality with empathy and leadership skills and have experience in accompanying change processes.
- Resilience and a high service orientation complete your profile.
