Business Control (Geko) sees itself as a service centre for internal and external customers. It is responsible for quality assurance of the reports produced and for monitoring and managing incidents.

You can expect a responsible role with flexible working hours. Thanks to high flexibility with home office, you can organise your working day in a contemporary way, and by arrangement there is also the possibility to work on Saturdays.

Your tasks

You assess quality requirements and determine the inspection effort for reports appropriately and with regard to proportionality
Based on defined quality standards, you check reports and decide on their release or rework
You monitor the quality of entries in incident management and support their targeted control
Due to your experience/knowledge/expertise, you competently advise and support employees and supervisors in the areas of reporting, incident management and specialised applications
By participating in training and further education as well as in the development of processes, you make an important contribution to the sustainable assurance of work quality

Your profile

You have completed police training and have several years of professional experience with sound police expertise
You have a strong IT affinity and are confident in handling digital specialised systems
Thanks to your good judgement, you make independent, well-founded decisions and appropriately weigh quality, effort and proportionality
You communicate confidently in spoken and written German
You combine assertiveness, empathy and resilience with a structured and careful working style
Enjoyment in analysing complex texts and issues rounds off your profile
