What is my role?

• Leadership of six managers and around 30 employees

• Overall responsibility for three production plants operating in three shifts (post holder during day shifts)

• Continuous optimisation of processes

• Ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards

• Cross-departmental collaboration with planning, maintenance and logistics

• Co-design of strategic development

What do I need to be successful?

• Paper technologist or technical basic training EFZ with further education HF, FH or equivalent

• Several years of leadership experience in industrial production

• Experience in manufacturing industry and lean management

• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented working style

• Strong social skills and appreciative leadership attitude

• Very good German language skills
