Introduction

On behalf of our client, a friendly, renowned, and rapidly growing Spitex organisation (PA model) with a pleasant company culture (workplace selectable between Zurich city or Bern city, central locations, parking spaces in front of the building), we are looking for an experienced Health Specialist for team expansion to coordinate and accompany cases in nursing.

Type of Work

In this versatile role, you are part of a collegial, dynamic team (qualified nurse/Health Specialist/PA in care) and, as a competent specialist, you take on the accompaniment/coaching of the caregiving relatives (PA) who provide care for clients on site. You participate in case management, conduct needs assessments on site, and support the PAs with regular visits to clients and in their training/instruction. You assist with case documentation, coordinate billing with health insurance companies, and ensure optimal client care as well as the provision of nursing services. As a communicative personality, you also find it easy to actively collaborate and exchange information with internal departments (deployment planning, qualified nursing colleagues) as well as external contacts (authorities, health insurers, caregiving relatives, and care team).

Requirements Profile

To be successful in this exciting job, you have completed further training as a qualified Health Specialist (FaGe) or an equivalent qualification (or are currently in training). You have also gained diverse practical experience in coordination within the nursing sector (ideally including Spitex). You enjoy supporting a wide range of people in everyday life, instructing and accompanying relatives in care, and building a professional relationship based on trust. You work with a high degree of independence, are well organised, and possess great empathy as well as a healthy sense of humour.
