About the job

In this versatile position, you will take responsibility for a caretaker team at the Hegnau - Volketswil location. You can rely on a well-coordinated and committed team. Together with your full-time and part-time caretaker staff, you ensure professional support for our customers and guarantee the reliable and high-quality execution of all caretaking services in your region.

Your Tasks

• Personnel management of the caretaker team with about 13 full-time and 30 part-time employees
• Leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees
• Support and assistance in expanding existing customer relationships in cooperation with customer service
• Ensuring a high level of service quality through regular property inspections and staff training
• Contact person for customers, employees and internal departments
• Varied combination of leadership responsibility, coordination, organisation and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Training as a caretaker, in building technology or comparable technical basic training is an advantage
• Further training in facility management or corresponding professional experience is helpful
• Several years of leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of varied work
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Good IT user skills (MS Office)
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
