For this purpose, the administration of the city of Liestal, with its 5 divisions and 13 departments, provides numerous services – efficiently and results-oriented.
To complement the team in the Finance/Resident Services area, we are looking for a:
Clerk Resident Control (100% workload)
Main tasks:
- Counter service including all tasks arising there in resident control
- Providing information and advice by telephone and at the counter
- Management of burial cases
- Professional support of the team
- Advice on administration-specific matters
- Confident and independent handling of registration law issues
- Various administrative tasks
- Participation in projects
- Substitutions within the team
- Professional supervision of apprentices during their time in the Resident Services department
- Responsible for the property cadastre (20% of workload)
Professional requirements:
- Completed training in the commercial field
- Sound knowledge of resident control and professional experience
- Good MS Office skills and knowledge of the Innosolv programme, Abacus an advantage
- Confident German, further language skills an advantage
- Qualification as a practical trainer for commercial apprentices desired
Personal requirements:
- High customer and service orientation
- High flexibility; in a few cases, assignments on weekends or public holidays (assistance with elections, burial on-call duty) may occur
- Confident appearance, good communication and flair in personal dealings with customers and visitors
- Open and cheerful personality who keeps an overview even in hectic times
- Reliability, team spirit and discretion
