Account Manager / Account Manager for Corporate Clients

What you will achieve:

• You support our corporate client advisors in customer care. You are in direct contact with our corporate clients and handle requests regarding account openings, authorisations, payment transactions, cards and other basic services.
• You develop individual offers for our corporate clients in coordination with the responsible corporate client advisors. This contributes to high customer satisfaction.
• You take on the preparation and follow-up of credit transactions. This includes financing extensions, compiling documents and monitoring open points and deadlines.
• You take on coordination tasks with internal specialists from other areas and ensure smooth collaboration.
• You actively participate in internal projects – for example in market development – and contribute your ideas to further develop our corporate client business.

How you succeed:

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• You have very good knowledge of services and banking products in the corporate client sector and are confident in the area of accounts, payment transactions and cards.
• You are characterised by a high service orientation and enjoy personal contact with demanding corporate clients.
• You are a team-oriented personality with good self-organisation, who thinks ahead, takes responsibility and acts reliably.
• You are interested in current financial and economic developments – you keep up to date and incorporate this knowledge into your daily work.
