About the job
As a Business Partner to the Business Unit Management, you actively drive strategic changes from the perspective of Product & Technology. We are looking for 3 Business Partners throughout Switzerland immediately or by arrangement. This job advertisement refers to positions in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Greater Zurich area).
What you will achieve
- You are a strategic sparring partner for the segments in the area of Products & Technology, responsible for implementing strategic priorities and promoting collaboration between segment, Products & Technology, and the food retail formats.
- You initiate and are responsible for strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and the segment-related roadmap, lead interdisciplinary project and sprint teams laterally, and ensure the achievement of defined goals.
- Together with product management, you conduct portfolio analyses, develop strategic decision-making bases for assortment management, and enable the segments to apply established methods and tools in the long term.
- You are responsible for the sustainable anchoring of concepts, methods, and standards in the business and ensure that these are effectively applied and further developed.
- You accompany changes with appropriate communication, training, coaching, and enablement measures and promote their sustainable anchoring in the business.
- You identify improvement potentials between concept and practice, bring the insights into Products & Technology in a structured manner, and support the further development of methods and working practices.
What you bring
- Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
- Field of study: in business administration, industrial engineering, food sciences, organisational development, or a comparable discipline. Further training in project, change, portfolio, or transformation management is an advantage.
- Professional experience: At least 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry with experience in transformation, implementation, or organisational development initiatives.
- Experience in transformation, change, or implementation projects.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration with various specialist areas and stakeholders.
- Experience in introducing and anchoring new processes, methods, or working practices.
- Experience in lateral leadership or management of interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience with agile working methods and techniques.
- Experience in moderating workshops and working groups.
- German (B2)
- French (A2)
