In the Directorate Staff Governance area, we make a central contribution to the further development of the City Hospital. We support the organisation strategically and operationally in the areas of process, quality, feedback, risk, environmental and document management, thereby creating the foundation for sustainable quality, safety and continuous improvement.
To strengthen our team at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed, proactive and communicative individual from 1 March 2027 or by arrangement, who will help shape and drive forward our topics.
Tasks
- Establishing, maintaining and further developing the process management system as a prerequisite and subset of the integrated management system.
- Further development of PzM principles/methodology/guidelines and provision of the necessary tools
- Professional responsibility for the process modelling software and technical/solution responsibility (first level support)
- Conducting process analyses and modelling business processes within workshops
- Advising the specialist departments of the City Hospital on analysing and implementing optimisation potential
- Process portfolio management and reporting at the corporate level
- Promoting process orientation in the specialist departments of the City Hospital
- Conducting training and information events
Profile
- You have a higher education (university, university of applied sciences or college) in process management, business administration, healthcare or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of experience in establishing, optimising and managing processes.
- You have further trained in process management, for example in BPMN 2.0, Lean Management or Process Mining.
- You think analytically, structured and quickly recognise connections.
- You communicate confidently, enjoy moderating workshops and approach people openly.
- You enjoy working with data and key figures and present results clearly.
- You are a team-oriented, service-minded personality with very good German skills; knowledge of ADONIS as well as relevant standards and guidelines is a plus.
