The Lebensart Foundation offers elderly people with intellectual and psychological impairments a safe home with individual care and support at the Bärau location. It is our concern to preserve the abilities and independence of our residents for as long as possible.

From 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an empathetic personality who contributes their ideas and shapes the future with us in an interdisciplinary team.

Dipl. Psychiatric Specialist HF

• You accompany the residents according to their needs and possibilities
• You are responsible for advising, structuring, and promoting individual daily activities
• You care for our residents and work closely with the on-duty psychiatrist on site
• You create stability in everyday life through regular resident discussions
• You ensure interdisciplinary collaboration with your colleagues (SRK, EFZ, HF) and promote expertise within the team
• You advise the team in complex resident situations and lead case discussions

• Completed training as a Dipl. Psychiatric Specialist HF or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in long-term care and/or palliative care is an advantage
• Enjoyment in building and expanding internal team expertise
• Empathetic, open, and flexible team player personality
• Independent working style, high sense of responsibility, and openness to new things
