Your tasks

Plan and lead the learning processes of our trainees

Ensure the practical training of our prospective nursing professionals

Provide professional and appropriate guidance to our trainees

Focus on the support of our trainees

Take place in close collaboration with the nursing teams of the wards

Your profile

Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or a Bachelor in Nursing as well as at least 2 years of professional experience

SVEB 1 certificate or a higher-level pedagogical qualification

Pedagogical skills and pronounced abilities in guiding young people

Open to new technologies, learning techniques and the process of digitalisation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote a positive working environment

Team spirit and flexibility
