Our vocational training department consists of eight employees who are committed with conviction and great passion to the training of our nursing Nachwuchs. The vocational trainers are assigned to a ward and work closely with the Shared Leadership Team. If you want to advance nursing education with passion and commitment and become part of the dynamic vocational training team in our hospital, we look forward to receiving your application.
Your tasks
Planning the learning processes of our trainees according to the educational and framework curricula
Professional and appropriate guidance of our trainees
Conducting in-house teaching units and case discussions
Demonstrating, conveying and demanding the in-house quality standards and guidelines
Carrying out performance assessments such as competency certificates and qualifications

Your profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
At least 2 years of professional experience
SVEB 1 certificate or a higher-level pedagogical qualification
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working with young people and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict resolution skills and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
