For one of our clients in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for a committed individual in the field of Product Information Management (PIM) and master data managementOur client is an internationally active company specialising in digital solutions for the exchange and management of product information. In this varied role, you combine data management, customer support and process optimisation and actively contribute to ensuring high data quality
PIM & Master Data Specialist (80-100 %)
Your tasks:- Support and advice for suppliers and trading partners regarding product information and the PIM solution
- Coordination and procurement of required product information from suppliers
- Ensuring smooth exchange of product and master data
- Data analysis, identification of error sources and ensuring high data quality
- Building and maintaining partnership relationships with suppliers and trading partners
- Planning and conducting customer training and presentations, online as well as on site
- Participation in optimising existing processes and further development of the PIM solution
- Support in defining technical requirements and conducting system tests
- Participation in projects related to Master Data Management, data quality and digitalisation
- Gradual assumption of additional responsibility for selected trading partners or service areas
- Commercial basic training or equivalent education, further training advantageous
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of master data, product information or digital services
- Very good German and good English skills, French or Italian advantageous
- Experience with PIM systems as well as knowledge of GDSN and digital data exchange formats advantageous
- Industry knowledge in retail, wholesale or consumer goods advantageous
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Interest in modern digital solutions and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Strong analytical and interconnected thinking as well as a high affinity for data and systems
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high awareness of quality
- Communicative and service-oriented personality with enjoyment of customer contact
- Enjoyment of training, presentations and teamwork
A varied activity combining data management, customer consulting, process optimisation and project work. You work in a well-coordinated team and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape the further development of digital solutions
